BERTHOUD, Colo., March 14, 2025 – The Korn Ferry Tour is set to return to Colorado in July with the seventh edition of The Ascendant presented by Blue, July 7-13 at TPC Colorado in Berthoud. Volunteer registration is now open for The Ascendant presented by Blue, with a variety of opportunities open to work alongside the Korn Ferry Tour and to have an up-close viewpoint of the future stars of the PGA TOUR.

 

Volunteer registration is now available at www.theascendant.com/volunteer. Ascendant National Title, a Cypress Ascendant Company, is a national title and escrow company providing services to the real estate community. The Ascendant presented by Blue is seeking more than 550 volunteers to fill a variety of roles during event week, including marshaling, scoring, transportation, hospitality services and many other important roles. For adults, the $70 volunteer package includes one official tournament branded golf polo, a hat or visor, tournament bag, two weekly grounds passes and a weekly parking pass, one volunteer badge allowing access to the grounds throughout the week, along with breakfast, lunch provided for each day worked. In addition, volunteers will have the opportunity to play TPC Colorado at one of the designated volunteer appreciation days (minimum 18 hours or four shifts worked).

 

The Ascendant presented by Blue also welcomes junior volunteers during tournament week. Junior volunteers must be at least 10 years old and will fill a variety of roles including standard bearers, practice facilities, junior golf programs, ambassadors and volunteer services. Any volunteers under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. For $25, the volunteer package includes a t-shirt or a golf polo, hat or visor, 1 weekly grounds pass, volunteer badge and gifts, along with breakfast and lunch provided on the days worked. Junior volunteers also have the opportunity to play TPC Colorado at one of the designated volunteer appreciation days. The Ascendant presented by Blue is entering its seventh year as Colorado’s signature professional golf tournament and one of Northern Colorado’s largest sporting events. Cristobal Del Solar captured the 2024 event with a tournament-record 22-under par, securing his PGA TOUR card for the 2025 season. The 2025 edition of the tournament will feature a field of 156 players from around the world competing over 72 holes for a share of the $1 million purse. The tournament will be the 17th of 26 events on the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour schedule.
